  • For Bluetooth connection, your camera must have Bluetooth functionality, and your Android device should have Bluetooth 4.0 or later (supporting Bluetooth Low Energy technology) with an OS version of Android 5.0 or higher.

Compatible File Types

  • JPEG, MP4, MOV
  • Note: Original RAW files cannot be imported (they are resized to JPEG). MOV and 8K movie files from EOS cameras, HEIF (10-bit) and RAW movie files from compatible cameras, and AVCHD files from camcorders cannot be saved.

  • If the app does not operate correctly, try restarting it.
