Callbreak How to Play:
Typically, Callbreak is played by four players using a standard 52-card deck. Cards rank from high to low as follows: A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2. The game can be played over 3 or 5 rounds. To start, each player draws a card to determine the first dealer, with the lowest card holder shuffling and dealing clockwise. The player to the dealer's right leads the first trick.
Any card can be led, and the other players must follow suit. If unable to follow suit, a player must play a spade (trump) if they have one that can beat any spades already played. Our offline Callbreak game offers a unique 'Novo Saga' journey, allowing you to adventure through different levels and record your legendary Callbreak journey.
How to Win a Callbreak Game:
The trick is won by the player with the highest card in the led suit or the highest spade if spades are played. To win, a player must achieve or exceed the number of tricks they called at the start of the round. Success adds the called number to the player's score, with any additional tricks won adding 0.1 to the cumulative score. Failure results in the called number being subtracted from the score.
A round must be re-dealt if a player receives no spades or no face cards (J, Q, K, A) in any suit.
Callbreak Game is Popular around the World
Callbreak is widely enjoyed in countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Qatar, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, and India. In North America, it's known as "Spades," with differences in game length, scoring, and the calling system. While Callbreak has a fixed number of rounds, Spades is played until a predetermined score is reached.
