The popular mobile RPG, The Tale of Food, featuring anthropomorphic food characters, is officially shutting down. Initially launched in China in September 2019 (closed beta), the game was later distributed globally by Tencent Games. This article details the shutdown process.

The game servers will be permanently closed on March 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). In-app purchases have already been disabled as of February 18th, 2025, and new player registration is no longer possible. The game has also been removed from the Google Play Store. Existing players can continue playing until the final server closure on March 20th.

Refunds for In-Game Purchases:
