Snezhnaya's immense size, potentially exceeding Sumeru and Liyue, necessitates a regional division, spanning westward from Natlan and encircling Fontaine to the north. This phased rollout suggests a long-term expansion plan.

Initial leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent data mining strongly confirms its location as an autonomous Snezhnayan province, serving as a crucial trade hub connecting the Cryo Nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's statements place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost reaches, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.

Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in the Version 5.4 beta, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass intriguingly connects to Mont Esus, a previously rumored Fontaine expansion area.
